There are a number of places a mistake can be made that
would affect the data being captured in the report. To
begin with, check the 'graph definition' to confirm you
set the report up correctly (or to edit one of the built-in
reports). To access graph definition open the report and
then double click inside the report itself. This should
open a box titled 'Edit Graph Definition'. One of the
most common mistakes is that the 'completed only' box
is checked here but then the user fails to mark all their
workouts as completed after entering their data. To correct
this, it may require going through the workouts on your
calendar and ensuring they are marked as completed. The
next potential problem could be that not all workout types
you expect to see on your reports are selected in the
Graph Definition. To check this, once again double click
inside the report and open up the 'Edit Graph Definition'
box. This time, make sure all of the workouts in the column
'From 1 or more Workouts' that you want to track in this
report are 'selected' (they would have an 'x' to the left
of them). Also confirm that the appropriate data type
is selected in the column titled 'Select one or more rows'.
In the event that your report has one bar line or data
point that is much higher or greater than the other (or
missing data altogether), there is a high likelihood that
there is an error in a workout entry that is skewing the
rest of the report (e.g.: you may have entered 5 miles
as 50 miles or 20 minutes as 20 hours by mistake). If
you correct that error it is likely your report will be
fine.
