Whether you are just starting to run, running in the local
10k, or training for the Boston Marathon, PC Coach can help!
You can create a training plan to prepare for a 5k, 10k,
half marathon, or marathon race. Or, create a plan to prepare
for cross country or track season. Read about each plan

The foundation of each program is the PC Coach software
logbook. PC Coach logbook is an electronic calendar and
training diary, allowing you to schedule workouts, log your
data and graph reports of your progress. The logbook can
be used alone or with any of our training plans.
Each of our training plans for runners offers proven training
schedules developed by a world-class coach. With each plan,
you answer questions about your training such as weekly
mileage, experience level, and goals for this season.
The program will adjust the workouts based on your answers,
and create a training plan customized for your goal and
experience. The resulting schedule is loaded onto your PC
Coach calendar, so you know exactly which workout to perform
on each day.
