One Minute Review of Polar S625X HRM
The Polar S625X is the flagship training tool for Polar. For serious training for running, cycling, or triathlon, this is the gold standard. It is functionally identical to the S725X (packaged for cycling purists). The S625X ships with a speed and distance footpod, and is loaded up with features like built-in altimeter and thermometer, and powerful workout management for many styles of interval training. Add cycling sensors (speed, cadence and power) for multisport.
The S625X has great flexibility during the workout, tons of memory to store workout data (several weeks' workouts sampling at 15 seconds), and great interaction with the computer. All your training data from multiple workouts downloads easily into either Polar or PC Coach software, producing rich graphs of lap and sampled data, integrating heart rate, running pace, distance, altitude, temperature, plus optional cycling data.
