One Minute Review of Polar RS200SD HRM + SDM
The Polar RS200sd is a big hit for Polar. This is a combination HR monitor and SDM (running speed and distance monitor) at a really nice price. It does not have all the features of the S625X, Polar's other footpod-equipped model, but it does contain a nice set for running, including even a limited interval training mode.
Beware a different version named RS200 (without the sd) which is the same model watch, but is packaged without the footpod and thus without speed and distance.
The RS200sd is lightweight and very comfortable to wear, even all day as a watch. The display is bright and clear, with three display rows, and you can select what is displayed. The computer interface is via 'SonicLink' and less robust than the two-way Infra-red connection of the high-end Polar models.

- Not compatible with Polar's bike sensors.
- Downloaded workouts are summaries, and don't show graph data, although PC Coach can show lap data as a graph (see below).
