Each week, the program loads your calendar
with the perfect mix of
workouts - from easy runs to interval workouts - with heart
rates and
intensities calculated based on the runner's phase of training
and workout performance.
For each workout, you will be given
the specific distance, duration, heart
rate (or effort) and pace. The program leads you through
four different
phases of training, including base training, endurance,
racing, and peaking.
It lets you train for one important
race, or an entire season of peak
performances.
