For skiers and snowboarders, the slope counter keeps track of your runs. The Polar AXN 300 has a built-in altimeter and barometer, so you can view your altitude or barometric pressure at any time.

This sturdy unit is waterproof and will withstand the rough weather conditions you encounter on your adventures. One great feature of the AXN300 is the ability to see a graph right on the watch face, so you can get a graph of your heart rate, altitude, or barometric pressure - during your workout. This feature gives you a good picture of both how your body is responding to the adventure, as well as the changing weather conditions. The Polar AXN300 does not download data from the watch to the PC after your workout (see AXN500 or AXN700 for that feature), but you can set up your AXN 300 watch settings with your computer.
