Garmin Training Center software is included in the box. It allows you to store and analyze your cycling data using interactive graphs. Your course is overlaid on a map so you can pinpoint specific areas and see how elevation and other factors affect your performance. Garmin has also formed a partnership with MotionBased.com to provide Edge 205 users with unique internet-based performance analysis and mapping tools for GPS and heart-rate information.
Since this is a cycling product, it is designed to be mounted on the stem or handlebars of your bike. It is not designed to be worn as a watch.
