You've made the right choice for your training software. These Quick Start Guides are designed to help you learn about PC Coach and its many features as quickly as possible. The main topic sections are listed at the left. The Quick Start guides are divided into two main sections. The first introduces you to PC Coach and the basic calendar and reporting features. It also explains how to schedule workouts and log your workout data in PC Coach.
The second section "Heart Rate Monitor Uploading and Downloading in PC Coach Elite" is written for users who have a heart rate monitor or Timex Data Recorder that communicates directly with PC Coach. It discusses HRM topics such as how to set up your monitor parameters (HR limits, timers, and interval settings) using PC Coach. It also tells you how to download your heart rate data after a workout, attach that data to a workout on your calendar, and log additional data, if desired. There is also a section for users who wish to download information from the Timex Speed and Distance monitor and a Data Recorder.
Remember, the topics on the left are only the beginning. These Quick Start guides will introduce you to the many parts of PC Coach, but there is a more complete discussion of each feature located under the "Help" section of the PC Coach main menu!
