Viewing Data
There are several ways to view your workout data in PC Coach.

The Workout View
The workout view gives you a text description of the workout, allows you to enter data, and gives you access to the heart rate profile, data summary and workout details.

To open the workout view, double-click on a workout icon on the calendar or click on the magnifying glass on the calendar panel. Once you have opened the workout view, you will see the workout view screen. This screen includes two boxes. The top box is the "planned" data for this workout. The bottom box is the "actual" data for the workout. If you are using a PC Coach training plan, each workout placed on your calendar will have the planned data filled in (duration, distance, type of workout, etc.). If you are self-coached, you can add a workout to the calendar, and then enter the planned data yourself (to edit planned data, click on the green key directly above the planned data box).

If you are using PC Coach only as a log, and do not wish to enter planned data, that is fine.

Icons on the right side of the workout view.
These icons will have color if you have downloaded data linked to this workout. Otherwise, these icons will be greyed out.

Heart Rate Profile Graph
Click on this thumbnail to view the Imported Data for the workout. If there is no imported data (from either a Polar HRM or a Timex data recorder), this button will be greyed out.
Time In Zone Chart
Click to view how much time you've spent in your heart rate zones. This information is taken from the imported data, so this will only be active if there is data linked to this workout.

Imported Data Graph.
The imported data summary is where you can view a graph of your workout data, including heart rate, speed, cadence and altitude. (What data is displayed depends on what data was collected from your HRM or Speed and distance monitor during the workout.) To see the imported data graph, double click on the icon in the workout view.

Or, click on the button in the calendar view. From the imported data summary, you can view all your downloaded data and edit lap data and correct any erroneous sampled data.

When imported data is attached to a workout, click on the top right icon in the workout view to see the Imported Data Graph.
