PC Coach allows you to upload data from your computer to your Polar heart rate
monitor. You can upload workout definitions, user data, bicycle definitions
(for S510, S710, S720i), monitor options, date and time.
Workout Definitions - a description of the workout that sets up the Polar monitor for your exercise. You can create your own workout definitions or upload workouts that already exist in PC Coach. To upload workout definitions you've created (or to create new definitions) use the Data Center, to upload scheduled workouts from the PC Coach calendar (e.g. from a Coaching Plug-In) use the Quick Setup or upload directly from the workout's workout view (see below). Options include: workout name, interval training, heart rate limits, warmup and cooldown.
User Data - includes birth date, sex, height, weight, activity level, max heart rate, VO2max, and monitor functions - OwnCal, Ownlndex, and Fitness Test.
Bicycle Definitions - allows for two bicycles, including bike name, wheel circumference, cadence sensor, and turning on bike functions on the monitor.
Date and Time - date, time 1 and time 2, activate time 1 or time 2, alarm setup and alarm activate.Monitor Options - included in user data upload, date and time upload, and bicycle definition upload.

Uploading a Workout Definition from the Workout View
If you have a workout scheduled on your PC Coach calendar, perhaps scheduled
by a PC Coach Coaching Plug-In, you can upload your HRM settings directly from
the Workout View. This is very useful, since it will set up your HRM to do the
workout exactly as prescribed by your training plan (heart rate limits, timers,
number of intervals, etc.)
