Reports
To get reports of your workout time or distances run for the week, month, or several weeks, click on the reports icon. There, click on the report folder, and choose the report you wish to see. Each training plan has several reports for you, so you can see your progress over time. If you wish to edit the time period for the report, double click on the timeline at the bottom of the report. You will be prompted for the length of time you wish to graph data.

You can also create your own reports. Consult the "Help - PC Coach help topics" feature for information on running and creating reports.
