The PC Coach Calendar
Keeping you on track.
The PC Coach calendar is like a daily planner
for your workouts. The weekly calendar shows your workouts for the week by putting
an icon on each day that has a workout scheduled. Each type of workout has a
different title, (Easy Run, Bike, etc.) so you can see at a glance what type
of workout is scheduled for that day. Below is an image of the PC Coach weekly
calendar with each of the calendar icons described.
To see the details (time, distance, heart rate) of any workout, double click
on the workout to see the workout view. You can choose to see the PC Coach calendar
by week, month, or planner view (25 weeks). To change calendar options (such
as Monday start), click on the arrow to the right of the calendar icon.
