Changing your workout schedule or deleting workouts:
Self-coached athletes will want to create their
own training schedule. Even if you are following a training plan, you may wish
to modify the workouts that were scheduled for you. It is simple to add or remove
workouts from your calendar. You can remove any workout from your training schedule
by highlighting the workout on the weekly calendar (highlight the workout by
clicking once on the workout) and hitting the delete key (or the delete icon).
If you wish to add a workout to your schedule, double click on the day you wish to perform the workout (on the week or month view) and a window will pop up listing the different workout folders. (You can also click on the "add workout" icon in the calendar window.) When you are selecting a workout to schedule, you will be asked to choose a folder. Your "personal" folder will show all workouts that have been scheduled previously on your calendar. There are also folders with workouts for various sports (cycling, fitness, running, etc.). Select the type of workout you wish to perform, click "OK", and it will appear on your calendar, on the day you had selected.
Note that workouts you schedule yourself will not have "planned" data unless you enter it. (They will only have planned data if they are placed on the calendar by a training plan.) To enter planned data, go to the workout view, and click on the green key at the top to unlock the planned data section, then enter the recommended time for that workout. If your workouts are scheduled using a training plan, your planned data is always filled in for you.
You can reschedule any workout by "dragging and dropping" the workout icon from one day to another on the calendar screen.
