The Parts of PC Coach:
Access the features of PC Coach by clicking on the icons located on the left side and near the top of your screen. As a new user, these are the features you will find most useful, and the icons that represent them:

Week View — click on this icon to see the weekly calendar. If there are workouts scheduled for this week, the name of the workout will appear on the appropriate day. Move forward or back a week using the blue arrow keys at the top.
Start/Update a Training Plan — This icon allows you to start your training plan and have it place workouts on your calendar. If you have not yet started a training plan, click on this icon, and you will be led through a series of questions about your training. Following the interview, one or more weeks of workouts will be placed on your training calendar. When you have completed those workouts and wish to schedule more, click on this icon again, and an update interview will adjust your plan and schedule more workouts for you.
Training Plan Guide Book — This is a booklet that describes the training plan philosophy in detail, and gives information on the workouts you will be performing. Click here to read about the plan before starting it, or when you need more information about how to perform a workout.
Data Transfer Center — If you are using a downloadable Polar heart monitor, click here to upload and download your data.
Reports — click on this icon to bring up the reporting screen. There, you can choose the reports you wish to see. Note: you will only see data for workouts you have completed, so if you wish to use the reports feature, remember to fill in your actual workout data and mark the workout as complete.
Help — this will take you to the PC Coach software manual. Click on any topic for details about the feature you wish to use.
Workout Name — To access information about any workout, simply double click on the workout name on your calendar. The workout detail view will appear. The workout detail view tells you how you should perform the workout, and gives you data entry fields to fill in your data after the workout is complete.
