The PC Coach Calendar

Keeping you on track.
The PC Coach calendar is like a daily planner for your workouts. The weekly calendar shows your workouts for the week by putting an icon on each day that has a workout scheduled. Each type of workout has a different title, (Easy Run, Mile Repeats, etc.) so you can see at a glance what type of workout is scheduled for that day. To see the details (time, distance, heart rate) of a workout, double click on the workout to see the workout view.
