Many users ask why PC Coach's week and the month view aren't
visible together, or why the log notes aren't permanently
displayed. The answer is simple: THEY CAN BE! In fact, you
can have any number of PC Coach screens showing at once.
You are bound only by your imagination (and your screen
size).
How? It's easy. Let me demonstrate!
I have just set up my Roy Benson running plan, and I want
to peruse through the workouts and see what is coming up
this week. Not just the workout names, I want to see the
workout view, and the workout description (workout guide)
for each and every workout. I could just bring up the week
view, double click on a workout to see the details then
click on the workout guide icon then close the workout,
then double click the next, etc. But that would be the SLOOOW
way.
The power-user method is much faster. First, maximize the
PC Coach window, so you have as much screen real estate
as possible. Now, open the week view, and resize it so it
only takes up about ¼ of your screen. Your screen
should look like the screen capture below. As you can see,
there is a lot of space for more training info, so let's
go get some!
