2.

| c. |
Bike Data |
| d. |

etc.) |
3.
Data Transfer
Center - manages all types of data upload and download for
all Polar models. |
4.
Quick Setup
(for Polar S610 and S710 ) performs daily operations - such
as uploading workout definitions and downloading data - automatically. |
5.
Import of HRM
files has been improved. Now PC Coach makes a copy of your
.hrm file to make backup of user data complete. |
6.
New graphing
functions allow HR, altitude, speed and cadence to be graphed
together. |
7.
New Split/Lap/Interval data
display shows full details for any lap. This information is
now calculated from the sampled data, instead of using what
the monitor recorded. This has the advantages that: |
| a. |
Corrections you make in the sampled data to remove
spikes or drop-outs also correct the per-lap values,
such as max or average heart rate. These corrected values
are then moved into the workout's permanent record. |
| b. |
Laps that are added or deleted after the
workout, in the software, can show full details. Unwanted
button pushes can be removed. |
8.
New macros have been created
to allow speed, distance, cadence, altitude, temperature,
and elevation(gained or lost), to be brought into a workout
automatically when downloaded data from either SonicLink or
InfraRed is present. These can be added to existing workouts,
if a row already exists for that data. |
Using PC Coach
3.5 along with the Polar S710 or S610 heart rate monitor gives
you the most sophisticated training system available. |
